So, I went back to trial (by removing PGN's stuff from the %APPDATA% folder), and ran with it. I'm afraid it's your Ugee that OC isn't recognizing for whatever reason. Get the drivers for the GT-190, which is pretty similar to your Ugee. Who knows, Huion's drivers may recognize it! If that's the case, then chances of getting OC6 to work right are pretty high. OH!
